Tanya Hughes LMT, LAc, MSOM, Dipl.Ac Licensed Acupuncturist, Chronic Pain and Anxiety Health Coach, Certified CBD Therapist Tanya knows firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic pain and anxiety. After enduring her own battle, Tanya was able to overcome her challenges. “I went from being a survivor, to a thriver!” says Tanya. She achieved her master’s degree in Oriental Medicine and became an Arizona State Licensed Acupuncturist. She is also Nationally Board Certified with a Diplomat in Acupuncture from NCCAOM. In addition, she has also studied abroad in China, Taiwan, and Thailand. Tanya has been working in the fields of chronic pain and anxiety management for over 23 years. Tanya has extensive experience treating patients with acupuncture and coaching. Her areas of expertise are focused on all types of chronic pain, Anxiety, Sleep and Digestive disorders including: • Back • Neck • Carpel tunnel • TMJ • Fibromyalgia • Neuralgia In addition to her experience in these areas, she also offers special programs to help those who suffer from anxiety disorders. Prior to her degrees in acupuncture and herbal medicine, Tanya became a licensed massage therapist. She also became a massage therapy instructor with training in a variety of bodywork techniques. Her background includes extensive experience in mindfulness, meditation, and energy balancing. She often combines all of these in her unique coaching programs, which have shown to be highly effective.
