Gluteal tendinopathy is a common cause of hip pain in women over 50, often leading to discomfort and reduced mobility. This condition affects the tendons of the gluteal muscles, causing inflammation, pain, and difficulty in performing everyday activities. Understanding how to calm down gluteal tendinopathy is essential for effective recovery and maintaining a good quality of life.
